1、手动控制屏（机组标准配置）
提供机组的基本起动/停止功能，并具如下基本配置与功能：
·起动/停止控制器。
·三相交流电流表。
·电压表与选择开关。
·频率表/水温表/油压表/时间表/电池电压表。
·紧急停机按钮。
·报警功能：超速、高水温、低油压、充是失败。
·保护功能：低油压、高水温、超速、紧急停车及其它预置保护。
2、无市电（失压）自起动控制屏
该控制屏除了标准的手动控制功能与配置外：
·自动/停止/手动功能选择。
·起动延时（3-5秒，可调）。
·停机延时（0-270秒，可调）。
·3次自起动功能。
·市电充电器。
·报警指示增加：低/超速、输出电压故障、起动失败、高水温预报警、停急停车。
·保护功能增加：低/超速、起动失败、输出电压故障（过压、欠压、缺相）。
3、全自动远程监控控制屏
·液晶显示屏显示机组运行步骤、状态、故障及各项参数。
·带RS232或485接口，远程遥信、遥测、遥监功能。
·机组保护，以下情况自起停机并报警：起动失败、超速、低速、高水温、低油压、速度传感器无信号 、充电故障等。
4、自动负载切换屏（ATS）
·四极机电气联锁切换开关。
·市电、发电、带载状态批示灯。
·自动/手动选择掣。
·屏体经酸洗、磷化、喷塑处理。
·预留足够空间方便输入输出电缆。
·自动切换时间，不超过7秒（可调）。
5、无人值守，独立式全自动控制屏
·可应用户要求，提供自起动控制功能和自动负载切换功能一体化的独立控制柜，操作方便，适用于电器设备集中控制。
6、并机控制屏
·手动/半自动/全自动两台或多台并机功能。
·多台并联成电网，供电更可靠。
·集中调度，分配负载，能使保养、维修更方便。
·更具经济性。可根据实际负载投入机组使用，省油。
·未来扩展更有弹性。可根据发展的需要，随时增加设备，满足增加的负载。
7、加热器
·柴油机水温预热器系统可供严寒低温起动。
·发电机防潮器可驱除冷凝霜结。
8、市电电池充电器
·供待机时充电使用。
9、日用油箱
·供8小时使用底盘燃油箱，也可在机组以外另配大油箱。
10、加重消音器
·为满足环保消噪要求，可配置加重消音器，二次循环消音，使消音效果更佳。
11、静电型外罩
·适应城市环保要求的静音型罩壳，可使噪音降至75dB（A）左右。
12、移动式罩壳
·便于野外施工发电的移动电站。
13、备用零配件
·可应用户要求，配置1000-5000小时内所需零配件。

Description |

Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). An ATS is a device that interfaces with a generator and the building's electrical system. It monitors the utility power and signals the generator to start if the utility power goes out of spec or drops out entirely (blackout). Backup power is now fed to the main utility panel or an emergency panel via the ATS.Automatic Mains Failre(AMF) detection with genset automatic starting-up/shut down,atuomatic load control(need ATS),automatic crank disconnecting,parameters display,monitoring,and protections. |

★ Automatically controls the diesel to start and stop. |

★ The controller provides the following analogue channels: three phases/wire generator voltage, three-phase load current, battery voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, generator speed, generator frequency, charge voltage, total run time. |

★ The controller accepts four digital inputs: remote start, high coolant temperature, two configurable inputs. |

★ Relay outputs are provided for LCD1, LCD2, LCD3, LCD4, three configurable outputs. |
