为了满足环境保护及用户特殊要求，我公司经过科学设计，采用声学、气流学领域的先进技术而自行设计开发的超静音柴油发电机组，配套的名牌柴油机和自行开发的发电机及全固封的自动电压调节器（AVR），性能优良，运行可靠，隔声罩造型美观、有效降噪、拆装简便、机组操作方便，整机体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑，广泛应用于电信、银行、住宅区、机场等禁止噪声污染的场所。
1）动力可选康明斯、扬动等柴油机
2）发电机标准配置：采用我公司自行研制生产的YL系列无刷三相同步交流发电机，根据用户需要，也可用斯坦福、利莱森玛、马拉松等品牌无刷发电机。
整机由柴油机、发电机、底盘、联轴器、静音外罩和控制系统等组装而成
机组电启动，可根据需要选择标准仪表面板控制或ATS全自动控制方式
独特结构、布局紧凑、形体方正
a 采用高效降噪型多路进气通道、电子风扇及折返式顶排气通道的先进设计技术，并采用内置二级消音器或大型阻抗复合式消音器，保证机组充足的动力性能和噪音限制。
b 采用独特的顶排气通道，使机组整体布局紧凑，保证机组外形小巧、形体方正。
方便操作及维护维修的结构
a 外壳4扇防护门可拆卸、可180度开启，方便维修保养。外置输出柜方便负载接线的拆卸。
b 弹性密封胶边。
c 控制屏观测窗及控制屏面板可双层开启。
d 防音外壳顶板留有冷却液注入孔。
e 外置润滑油、冷却液排放孔
控制系统：
1．标准型机组控制屏：其满足机组正常操作、使用时最基本的仪表配置（可用LED显示屏控制器）。具有操作简便、功能齐全、保护可靠等优点。面板下具有上电、预热、启动、停机（紧急停机）等操作按钮。当出现故障报警时，控制屏在控制机组停机的同时，会发出相应故障的光（声）报警。
2．带ATS自动化机组控制屏：由LCD液晶显示器操控（也可用LED显示屏控制器）。全中文（也可英文）操作、显示菜单；机组具有自动、手动、关机（急停）等控制功能，将检测的参数通过数据、符号、直条图显同时显示等，可满足各种自动化机组的需要。也可增设标准的通讯接口，满足用户对机组实现“三遥”（遥控、遥测、遥报）等监控制需要。

Description |

Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). An ATS is a device that interfaces with a generator and the building's electrical system. It monitors the utility power and signals the generator to start if the utility power goes out of spec or drops out entirely (blackout). Backup power is now fed to the main utility panel or an emergency panel via the ATS.Automatic Mains Failre(AMF) detection with genset automatic starting-up/shut down,atuomatic load control(need ATS),automatic crank disconnecting,parameters display,monitoring,and protections. |

★ Automatically controls the diesel to start and stop. |

★ The controller provides the following analogue channels: three phases/wire generator voltage, three-phase load current, battery voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, generator speed, generator frequency, charge voltage, total run time. |

★ The controller accepts four digital inputs: remote start, high coolant temperature, two configurable inputs. |

★ Relay outputs are provided for LCD1, LCD2, LCD3, LCD4, three configurable outputs. |
